Services
Spur Healthcare Ltd is a CQC registered provider. We operate 24/7 and support all aspects of daily life to develop the skills required to live more independently. We are a supported living service, meaning our goal is to support you at home. Below are a few of the services we provide.
Personal Care
We support our service users with their personal care. This includes hygiene practices such as bathing, grooming, and oral care.
Support With Medication
For our service users who require medication, we support them to ensure that they take it on time, and safely. We will also support them in making sure they have enough of what they need at all times.
Gaining Employment/Education
Our experienced and highly trained support staff are there to support any service user requiring assistance with applying for employment, or gaining educational qualifications. We get to know each person, understand their hopes and wants and then offer guidance to help them re-intergrade into the community and reach their goals.
A Supported Living package can also include help with:
- Managing Finances i.e bills and budgeting
- Learning new skills which promote independence
- Support going shopping, cooking and maintaining the home
- Support to access social and leisure activities
- Cultural and Religious needs
- Help identifying and claiming benefits
Each service user is unique and our care is person-centred. Assessments are undertaken to ascertain those needs and a personalised package of care for each person is created.
